ey, WA. And my husband works for the city of Seattle. we just lost our 12 yr. old shih-tzu in 2014 was very hard on both of us! Husband surprised me with 2 shih-tzu's for my 50th b-day this yr 4-28-15. And well that pretty much sums it up for now. need to know more just ask...;-)
