Life
Oh boy, let's see...where shall I begin? In high school, I went by my nickname, Sally...From High School I went off and got married in Nov of 1980 opened a Sport's Shop in Ojai and then sold it 3 years later all along living in good 'ole Camarillo. Decided to brush up on my Office skills and somehow fell into Real Estate then Property Management. Got divorced after 7 years of marriage! Then, my biological clock was ticking as I was nearing 28 years old and wanted a child. Met a Handsome Guy named Patrick and we had a beautiful Son name Zachary a year later. We never married and unfortunately, the union didn't last. Patrick went off to Tennessee to pursue his dream of singing and acting and unfortunately, lost his life in a car accident to a DRUNK DRIVER! Zach was 5 years old at the time and is now close to 18!. Yikes, how time flies!!! We then moved to Palm Springs...but got bored as I didn't Golf or play tennis and certainly wasn't ready to retire but I LOVED the climate. Asked my Son if we should move back to Ventura County and he said NO WAY!....So I got a wild hair and moved us to Las Vegas.....(very similiar climate which I love)...what a place...what a life..What fun! Absolutely love living here and continued my job as a Property Manager. However, got tired of the evenings away from my Son as I was a single parent. I had to attend quite a bit of HOA meetings and decided I needed to make a career change. I landed a job with a Production Company and filmed Car Commercials for the local dealerships here and in Oxnard. That was the best job ever but I knew it couldn't last forever and it didn't. The dealership sold and changes in advertisement were changed. I then found a position w...Expand for more
ith a Flooring Company as an Adminsitrative Assistant and worked my way to becoming an Interior Designer for a couple of Flooring Companies. Couple years later, met a beautiful and wonderfully talented Gentleman who works in the Motion Picture Industry. We dated for about a year and he asked me to marry him. He was my soulmate! I decided to give Marriage one mo' time. Here we are 3 years later and living quietly in the section of Summerlin. My son is an identical replica of his Father (God rest his soul) and stands 6'2" with a smile that lightens up a room! He is deciding what he wants to do in his future as he is entering his Senior year of High School. I have taken time off from work to spend the summer with my Son and Husband during his T.V. Show hiatus. He recently returned to work on a new season and I am at home trying to figure out what it is I want to do with myself. Do I go back to school to brush up on my skills or to better the skills I currently possess? Do I make another career change? Hmmm. not sure and I'm not in a hurry to get back to the grind just yet. I have tried to maintain the friendships that were rekindled through this web-site with a few people from high school, but it is tough as we all have our careers and family...and bottom line...it' not easy!! So for those of you reading this, you know who you are. So please e-mail me and touch base. We all change email addresses and phone numbers over the years and it is tough to keep up!! By reading some of these bio's it's amazing to see where we've all landed and the journey we've led and continue to lead.......Bless you all and I hope to be in touch with some of you once again!......until next time.....Ciao for now!! :<)
