w up in an America that had Ideals and confidence in itself. I was fortunate to have been raised both in the United States and in Mexico, I have a unique appreciation for the subtleties of language and culture and the struggles we all face. I was an indifferent student in High School. I was much more concerned with cultivating an "image" and in being a grown-up than in studying. Luckily, I picked up the love of learning and scholarship when putting myself through college. I had the fortunate misfortune of having to fend for myself from an early age. I'm not saying that my parents didn't help me out, I'm just saying that I always worked my ass off and did my best. I am now a middle-aged professional and a master at what I do. I have been in the Real Estate Business for 27 years now. As a Loan Officer, I closed well over 1,200 mortgage loans, making the dream of homeownership possible for hundreds of families and investors. As an Asset Manager, I closed over a thousand escrows, helping large clients get assets off their books and rescuing many large apartment buildings for humanity by turning them from blighted menaces, into safe and profitable places to live. As an appraiser, my clients are rock-solid in their confidence that the values I give them are a true reflection of the market, and they know, that as a loyal client, they will never pay for an appraisal that they can't use. As a Realtor, I provide my clients with confidence that they are getting access to the properties that fit their specific requirements and all the financing resources that they need, and my Sellers, the confidence that their properties are exposed to the qualified Buyers they need. My clients are assured that they are receiving the best, most solid and up-to-date advice and that they have a true professional looking out for their interests. Patrons may come and go, but my services will always have value to those with the need and the wisdom to appreciate them. I am a father and a husband now, and it's not easy. I have had to sacrifice many things that provided my life enjoyment and that were a part of my identity. It is rewarding though. At some point we all have to grow up and set aside childish things.Thank you for being interested enough to read through this. I can only hope that it gives you a sense of who I am. I am what I am, and It is what it is Baby. It is what it is.".
