Armando's Story
Life
I am an Elementary Bilingual Teacher in Corpus Christi, and have been working for CCISD for the past 10 years. Prior to that I was in school earning my teaching degree after I retired from the U.S. ARMY IN 1993. I'm happily married (2nd time), have two grown step-sons who live in Austin, and one daughter who lives in Germany. Some of the happiest time...Expand for more
s in my life were spent as a student in Robstown. I am proud to be from there even though it was tough growing up. I think that growing up under such adversity has made me a more compassionate person, and definitely a better teacher. Too bad, I wasn't such a nice person before. Oh well, just goes to show what the lord can do with mud. He's truly mercifull!
