Armando's Story
I'm currently in my 19th year working in the public education system as a teacher and school administrator.
Currently, I'm am a middle school principal in the Rialto Unified School District. I have administrative experience at the high school, middle, and elementary levels; As Dean of Students Services, Assistant Principal and Principal.
Before becoming an administrator, I was a middle school science and physical education teacher. I have also taught adult school.

lor's Degree in Kinesiology/P.E. from CSULA; Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from University of La Verne; and working on completing my Doctorate Degree (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership.
I also serve on the Board of Education for the East Whittier City School District. Elected November 2005, currently in my third 4 year term. Re-elected November 2013.
I own a home in Whittier. Been married for 10 years and we are proud parents of twin boys with one more boy on the way this May!
