Arnie's Story
I started weightlifting at age 62. I am the last person who would have imagined I would be in a gym. A couple of years ago, it was discovered that I could deadlift very heavy weights. I am currently writing a book about getting older people into great shape and reversing their biological age through explosive lifting. I am also pursuing a new career as a photographer.
