Art's Story
Art's schools include Andover High School. Art later attended University of Baltimore, Loyola and GWU DC. Tons have happened since completion of education. Taught in Anne Arundel Co. schools, Jones Elementary and Glen Burnie HS, went into curriculum development for K12 science curriculum and then Specialist in drug education for the school system. Opened a flower shop in Harundale Mall, Antique shows on the East Coast, Director of a Psychiatric halfway house, Studied at Gemological Institute Of America became a graduate gemologist, gemcutter, jeweler, goldsmith, silversmith, Opened Art"s Jewelry on Kent Island, Moved to Flo...Expand for more
rida opened jewelry kiosk in Disney Village Marketplace and a jewelry store in the Day's Inn just outside of the DIsney World gates in Orlando. Moved back home settled in Church Hill, Md. Went to work for Kent County Schools teaching Algebra, computer science in Rock Hall Middle School later I was site coordinator for the 21st. Century after school program in Kent County. I'm sort of retired now have an Ebay and Etsy business and still produce a good amount of jewelry for sale. In between all of this I married Janis Colhouer a long time ago about 46 years.
