Arthur's Story
Life
After graduation I attended Penn Valley Community College for three semisters. Having no real direction, I enlisted in the Navy in 1973 with the promise to be a dental technician. hesda, MD). Along this journey I met my wife of 40 years, obtained two masters degrees, three children and five toy yorkies. Three children completed college.
