Life
July 2007:
Well, here we are, about 67 years old. SO FAR, SO GOOD! Wow!, all the things I have learned over the years. I sure wish I could go back to my High School years and do it all over. Any of you, that may remember me, probably took me as some kind of Jerk. That I will admit to, a Jerk. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to thoses, that may have been offended by me in my developing years.
I married Jeanne Rea from Leuzinger High School (Class of 1960), that I met on a blind date on May 1, 1959. We married the following January 30th of 1960. The best thing that I ever did in my life. We had 2 sons, Bryon & Allan.
I got a job with the Southern California Gas Company just a week after I got married. We celebrated my new job and we had our first son the following November. I stayed with them until I retired in...Expand for more
1994 in a "down-sizing" situation.
In 1962, I got a transfer and moved out to Riverside, Ca. We celebrated again and had our 2nd son the following April. We lived there until our Son's graduated from college. We made our last move to the country outside Exeter, Ca. in 1989.
Over the years, I have learned to appreciate life and have as much fun and enjoyment that I can get between all of the valleys, that life sends our way. My one philosophy in life: When things get bad, I just say to myself, "THIS TOO, WILL COME TO PASS". And, so far it has.
So far, I have made contacts with 2 of my old school friends through Classmates. We now correspond via eMail. That makes it well worth the price of a Classmates membership.
