Ashley's Story
Workplace
My job started out as the electronic repair person for the company. Then, I was given a host of other tasks that included testing electricians gloves, transformer insulating oil, and testing high voltage insulated trucks. Since then, I have tested radio frequency shields, made test lightning, and a wide variety of other tests.
I became one of the company`s troubleshooter for different systems involving utility power systems.

hanged to technical supporter for high voltage cable testing. This change ended my sojourns to Japan, but I still eat sushi and try to learn more Japanese.
I am heavily involved with Toastmasters. Was a District Governor the year 2008-2009.
Military
I joined the Air Force in the midst of Vietnam. It was taking a big chance, but I went. I learned a better trade than I had at the time and the experiences have stood me very well. Military is not for everyone, but, it can be an excellent place to start. I was very lucky and had a good experience. Would I recommend it for my kids? Yes, I did, but they went other directions.
