Aubrey's Story

Life Retired Air Force. Majority of time spent overseas in Japan 2yrs, Okinawa 3yrs, Germany 1yr, Spain 4yrs, 2 mo.Vietnam, 6 mo Thailand, Tdy Keyna, Sicily, Am a single parent of three, 2 dau and a son. My children are my wonder and they are my heart. I also have 3 wonderful grandchildre. Life has been good to me and I always smile. Life has been a really wonderful time for me. I now live in Live Oak Texas, just outside of San Antonio Texas. Texas is a state you must visit and live. If you haven't been here you need to see it. My favorite Basketball Team of course is the San Antonio Spurs. It is here you will find me when they are playing at home. On 20 July 2003 while in the Yucatan Peninsual of Mexico I had a close encounter with life and the good Lord brought me safely back to America to recover. I still have travels to complete so as soon as possible I will be heading back south to Latin America. I am working for a large International Hotel here in San Antonio and enjoy it very much. Some of the benefits are that I still get to travel. Doing a lot more hunting now days and really enjoying it. It seems like I am able to hunt nearly every weekend when not at work. Really enjoy going to the country and relaxing. My freezer is never empty and it is always with fresh game. Went to Colorado in November of 2007 to hunt. It was very interesting as we camped at 8000 ft. and the weather ranged from 17 degrees to 55 degrees. It was a very beautiful time, seeing all that the good Lord bestowed upon that state for beauty. Recently went to see the Phantom of the Opera. Really enjoy that broadway musical. 5-18-2008 Just came in from hunting this weekend. Went out and enjoyed the nature. It was a successful weekend hunt. Now I am sitting here watching the 43 Annual Acadamy of Country Music Awards. Really love the good old Country music. Well it comes down to the wire on 5-19-2008 Monday night. The San Antonio Spurs and the New Orleans Hornets...Expand for more
. As much as I wish for the Hornets to win, I am a hard San Antonio Spurs fan. Ya see it all started years ago when my youngest daughter was a Silver Dancer for the SPURS. GO SPURS GO.. Well will say adios for now yall take care and God Bless.. 5 JAN 2009 HAPPY NEW YEARS TO ALL. 2008 Was good to me. Got in more hunting, some Spurs games and lots of motorcycling. I enjoy my motorcycling. Love to ride in the Hill Country and to Luckenbach Texas. Especially on Sundays. Sundays are a good day to listen to the people guitar pick. It is a fun crowd and people set there and enjoy the music. Lots of bikes there and you even see old trucks and cars. To top it off there are also people on horseback. There is a small store I like to go to when either riding the bike or on the way hunting. It is called Garvin's Store. You will reach an intersection at HWY 41 and HWY 83, this intersection is your last opportunity to purchase fuel. Garvin's store is located at this intersection. They have the best Brisket sandwich or a good smoked sausage to eat. Got to travel to Colorado again in October of 2008 and all was successful and had a great time in the mountains hunting ang camping. We camped outside a town called Bueno Vista Colorado, Sure was a sight to behold, all that beauy there, Tall trees and rushing springs of water. The old creator sure does bestow his beauty in many different places and in many different views. Went to the New Dallas Cowboy Stadium for the opening of it 6 June 2009. Reba Mcintire, George Strait, and others performed. It was a really amazing show and the Stadium is awesome. Well much time has past, it is 2012. In 2009 I moved into a Redbarn in Spring Branch Texas. It is the neatess place out in the country. Have about a 3rd of an acre.. I no longer motorcycle, as I was taken out by a DUMB DRIVER who drove off and left the scene. Really miss the Biking, So I now mostly hunt, walk and take time out for myself here at the REDBARN!
