In February, 2011, I left Access Voice & Data Solutions and joined Virtual Telecomm as a Customer Management Specialist. In May, 2011, I had a tragic lawn mower accident severing my left hand to the wrist. The whole hand was chewed off by the mower. I have been in the telecommunications business 34 years. I have 2 beautiful grandchildren, Ben-11 years old, and yes, Audrey Mae - 8 years old. They are much better than you own children.
