Audrey's Story
Life
Hello my old friends,
Since 1985 I had a baby girl in 1987 and got married in 1988, I then had 3 boys, and got divorced in 1994. I got remarried in 1997 to a wonderful man with 4 children from his first marriage and we had 2 children together. My current husband and I have 10 children between the two of us. After my first marriage ended in 1994 I went back to school and received my bachelor's degree in elementary education from UNLV. I have been teaching second grade for six years in the vegas area and love it. This August I will be returning to UNLV to pursue my Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration. College
I received my Bachelor's Degree from UNLV and loved every minute of it. I am now going to earn my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership/Administration from there and begin classes on Aug. 31st. I was selected to be in the UNLV/CCSD Master's Cohort program, a prestigious program designed for future clark county administrators.
Workplace
I have been working for Clark County for the past six years as a teacher. I have taught second and fifth grade. I am currently working on my Master's at UNLV in Educational Leadership/Administration. I will graduate in 2006. I love teaching and this year I will be team-teaching with a friend from College at C.T. Sewell Elementary in Henderson.
