William's Story
Life
Well,
I haven't hardly seen any of you since graduation, just the occasional visit to Beaufort while my parents still lived there. I dropped out of USC-B and joined the Army in Nov 1982 and married the former Karen Larsen in Oct 1983. We had 4 children together;William Ryan, born 10 July 1984; Kimberly Alana, born 26 May 1986; Ashley Nicole, born 28 Oct 1987 and Taylor Jeanette, born 7 Dec 1999. I served overseas twice in Korea, once in Egypt and did several short tours in places like Puerto Rico, Panama, etc. Karen and I divorced in Nov 2001, a move I firmly regret. I have been married twice and divorced twice since Karen and I split up. don't EVER marrry a woman from Chattanooga, as they are NUTS!!!! I am working in retail still. I stepped down from a management position so that I could move back to Clarksville and be around my children and my 2 grandsons, Hayden, age 1 and Shia, 1 mo. December 14th, and my father is currently residing in Sylvania, GA which was their childhood hometown. He has an awesome spread of land and I thoroughly enjoy visiting. I am and always will be an avid outdoorsman, and I miss the military terribly. It was truly what turned my life in the right direction. I regret that I never made any of the reunions, but I never could get in contact with anyone and with me being gone so much with the US Army, it was almost impossible to keep track of me anyway. Karen is still residing in Clarksville with the youngest of our 4 Children, Taylor, and has remarried. She is doing quite well. I hope to hear from some of you and hope your lives have been as eventful as mine. I am probably going to be moving down near my father in the next year or two, as I want to take the land I'm getting and build my home on it. My brother and sister live near him and I want to be back around him more often. I spend as much time as possible hunting, fishing, bowling and golfing.
