August is from Atkinson, Nebraska. August's schools include West Holt High School. August later attended University of Nebraska at Kearney, University of Nebraska at Kearney (Biology w/ wildlife emphasis) .
Music August likes includes Casey Donahew Band, Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley. Movies August likes include Ghost Rider, Am I the only one?, Zombies vs. supermodels.. TV shows August likes include Wired Outdoors, Michael Waddell's Bone Collector, Royal Pains.

Poetry is an exercise of the mind.
To play with emotions
and see just what you find
To discover the soul
and teach the self
'tis the goal
So do not embark
with out a thought
to light that
which now is so fullly in the dark
Know there are souls more
who even now, contain an interest
and wish to learn the lore
To discover the secrets which you bear witness

The power a human weilds
is to give sight to souls blind
and to touch another human's mind
thats what all bring to the field
Some souls are opened in horror
to their own type of poor
And shown what little they possess
they are determined to cherish it none the less
some may strive for the phsical
only to find themselves lacking in matters more fickle
Lacking in love and lacking in life
though these in the end, are the riches worth the strife
So to live with the richest of life
one has but to heed this simple advice.
