Barbara's Story
Life
I attended Marymount college , married Gary Carnes had 3 children;
a son and 2 daughters. We traveled around the 7 western states with the Geological Survey, until 1973 when we settled in Menlo Park , the Survey headquarters . Widowed in 1978, moved to San Martin, CA near my sister Tish
and my parents. My dad died 6 mos later. My daug...Expand for more
hters and I became very involved in horses. I remarried in !985 had a son and raised my stepdaughter Moved to San Diego in 1989, started my own business, besides working for a handicapped riding program. My children are all raised, I've retired from my business. I still work for the Handicapped program and enjoy my 3 grandchildren.
