Barbara's Story

I have been teaching school for 28 years: Kindergarten, Elem. Music, High School Drama, Poetry, Reading....etc. A highlight was my 5th year Music study abroad which took me all over Europe and the British Isles. Another highlight was 13 years of directing and producing amateur Broadway shows for High School and middle school. A proud achievement was earning a Masters of Education in the Arts 8 years ago...thought I was too old. Two grown daughters: on...Expand for more
e married and living in Texas with a new baby and the other getting married and living in Seattle. Younger daughter teaches with a Special Ed. Master's degree and Autistic specialist and older daughter works as an Interior Architect and design Engineer at Boeing. Proud parents! My husband and I have been married for 32 years. He sold the store and bought out his own Real Estate business: "MikeSwansonRealty". Looking towards retirement someday!!!!
