Barbara's Story

Life My life after High School, was not that great so to speak. I went to an all girls college. Centenary College in Hackettstown, NJ. Which was more like a boarding kindergarten than a college. Most of the girls were fighting over the guys in town, and I also did not do that well. When I came home, I decided to try Secretarial School which I tried but did not succeed. go back to college. I went to Union County College to get a Medical Records degree, which I did not finish, but therefore I went to work for the Summit Medical Group for 1 and half years and then left to go back to the Library. In 1990 I started back at the Library and have been there for 17 years. During the time I have been there I met my husband, Thomas Root. On February 12, 2000, Our daughter Meghan Elizabeth Root was born. She is a bright and beautiful and very smart child.
