Barbara's Story
Since graduation, many things have occurred. I attended the University of Cincinnati and graduated as a teacher. I also met my husband and got married upon graduation. We have two children, Tristan and Emily and a dog, Brodie.
I continued my education and earned a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. I served as a principal for seven years (after teaching for nine year...Expand for more
s) and then moved to a central office position where I currently serve as the Associate Superintendent of the Hamilton City School District.
My husband, Terry as well as our children are also educators. Terry is completing his twenty-sixth year as a US history teacher. Tristan is a fifth grade math teacher and Emily will graduate from UC this year as a special education teacher.
