Barbara's Story

Life I was married during my senior year,(formerly Barbara Barnes) started family early, raised three children,went to college, married to a wonderful man 44 years, lost him in 2002. Starting over with life and looking forward to meeting new friends. I enjoy life at this age to the fullest and hope to meet another soul mate in the future. 2007 became Vocalist for three big bands in the area and also performing with my four piece band. 2012 Met a former Kenwood Classmate who lives in Oklahoma. 2013 Moved to Oklahoma to enjoy life with my new love Alan. Grandmother to nine, Great grandmother to four October 7, 2013 Married the Classmate Alan D. Ridgely and living in Piedmont, Oklahoma School Enjoyed my school years at Kenwood and Essex Community College.. Workplace I have had many types of employment along with raising a family. Receptionist, bookkeeper, tax consultant, musician, manager of a boys group home. UPDATE: June, 2010 I am on the Clsss Committee for the 1959 Class and we are planning another reunion in 2014.
