These individuals became my role models, encouraging and nurturing me and my dream. Thanks to my
parents' determination and sacrifice,
I was privileged to be the first person
in my family to earn a college degree.
Because of all of these people who cared so much, I was able to fulfill
my dream to be a teacher for three
and a half decades. Now in retirement, I look back with immense
gratitude, as I look forward to learning
new skills and sharing them.
