Barbara's Story
Barbara "Trevino" Felix retired from working as an in-house graphic designer for Citi in 2022. She is now moving towards living her dream and passion of working as a full time artist. Barbara has participated in art exhibitions in San Antonio at Blue Star Art Complex (RED DOT), McNay, San Antonio Art League & Museum, and Luminaria Arts Festival. other artists in her community, and has curated exhibitions locally. She is an executive board member of San Antonio's Contemporary Art Month (CAM), and an active member of the San Antonio Ethic Arts Society. She's been married to her beloved husband and best friend, Ron, for 27 years.
Barbara's schools include Thomas Jefferson High School (1982), Texas State University (BFA -1991), and the Southwest School of Art (Certificate Drawing, Painting, Printmaking -2013).
