Barbara's Story
I moved back to Borger in 1960, and worked at Heard & Jones Drug store then worked for Barney Pharmacy for a year then went to work for Jim’s Grocery for ten years , worked at Ideal Food for eight years moved to Dumas and worked two more years there. While in Canadian I married my first Husband and we had a son . He is now 59 years old . That’s the only child I have . His daughter and granddaughter both live with me for now . s , TX where I had lived 43 years . If I keep on your going to figure out how old I am lol . I finished radiation treatments this March and so far I’m doing ok . For Mother’s day my son gave me a trip to Alaska which we will take the first part of Sept. I’ll try to figure out how to put a newer picture of me on here . I have tried to locate some of my closest friends but so far I haven’t been able to , of course men don’t have to change their last name so they are easier to find.
