Barbara's Story
Worked in Boston until 1976 when moved to Portland OR. Married in 1980. Have 1 daughter and1 grandson. Have lived in San Francisco Bay Area since 1981 (with 2-yr sojourn to Tyler, Tx 2000-2002). Worked in school district for ten yrs when daughter was young, then back to private industry. Retired in 2000. Have one grandson who is now 5 yrs old. He is the light of my life. ot both knees replaced in 2004. Still visit family in NE occasionally, as well as family in TX, and TN. Guess we scattered far and wide. Travel often to HI. Hope I live out my life on West Coast - weather is addictive - just plain love it here. Lots of joint replacements and repairs due to youthful injuries, but staying active with family, friends, and hobbies. Love hearing from friends from long ago.
