Barbara's Story
Life
Worked LAPD after high school, went to England and worked as a Chamber Maid in the Lake District, hitched through Europe, returned home, married David Davis, had one child, Scott, now 33 years old, divorced and moved to Oregon in 1980. Worked as a Legal Secretary and entered Nursing School at the age of 43 and graduated at the age of 46. Moved to Indiana and worked at Ball memorial Hospital for 5 years, returned to Oregon and worked at Sacret Heart Hospital for a year and a half and moved back up to Portland and am now working at Portlan...Expand for more
d Adventist Hospice. Remained single and raised Scott who just married this last summer to Michelle. Scott taught at Portland Christian High School (Biology) for 9 years and he and his wife are now living in Hillsboro, OR and he teaches at Liberty High. I'm hoping to become a grandmother in a few years!!! I love Oregon, my job, my church and have wonderful family and friends. I keep in touch with Joyce Genche (Mongomery, then Hunt) (my best bud). I'm going to try to come to the reunion next September (which will be my first). See ya there!
