Barbara's Story
After graduating from HHS, I attended Greenville College in Greenville ILL. where I was the 1st 4th generation student. That is where I met my soul - mate of 46 years and counting. We settled in Lutz, FL soon after college. My husband, Steve became a well known Head Football Coach in the Tampa area. Perhaps he coached some of your children at Monroe Jr. High or Buchanan Jr. High where he was for most of his coaching career. and then in my church orchestra.. I still enjoy music though I do not play much anymore. I play piano and harmonica for my own pleasure and I like to garden and do crafts.
We have a daughter who lives one hour away and a son who lives 30 min. away. This gives us opportunities to enjoy interacting with our twelve grandchildren often We are retired now and spend summers in the NC mountains. We also like to travel and have been to Alaska and Europe as well as several ports in the
Caribbean. God is the foundation of our lives and it is exciting walking through life with Him.
