Barbara's Story

Life I am married to a wonderful man for 50 years with two children who are both married and I have two beautiful granddaughters age 23 and 16 and 2 very handsome grandsons age 9 months and 5 years old.. My husband is retired and I am retired too. My husband retired after 37 years with Bethlehem Steel he is a great help around the house for me and we both do the yard together. I retired from the Porter County Assessor's office where I was a deputy assessor for 8 years. My daughter is married to a wonderful man ...Expand for more
and they have two girls. She works for the Medical Group in Michigan City with 32 years of service there. My son is married to a wonderful woman and they have two sons. My son now works for Indiana University Northwest.. The one teacher who imspired me the most was my 8th grade teacher Mr. Lowe. He has passed away If I could do it over I would concentrate more in school and not goof off so much. To relax I get into my convertible and just ride or just sit outside with my husband and relax with a glass of wine.

This is why I had to child proof all my cabinets. This is the dining room hutch this is now child proofed. The kitchen is also child proofed. My kids never were like this.
