Barbara's Story

I can't believe it's over 40 years since I left Newmarket High and Huron Heights, and 27 since I left Ontario! I'm comfortably ensconced in Quebec, and retired, after a career as a technical writer and manager in a software development company. airing furniture. My husband and I enjoy travelling and spent a wonderful month in India in January 2010. India really isn't a destination, it's an experience, and nothing you read or hear prepares you for the reality. It's dirty and decaying, but vibrant and colorful and surprising - and the Taj Mahal DOES NOT disappoint!
