Barbara's Story

Life Since high school and college I went on to become a high school English and P.E. teacher and eventually a high school guidance counselor. I lived in Cambria (by the Sea) for 20 years and in Fish Camp (southern entrance to Yosemite Natl'Park)for the past 20 years where my husband and I have owned and operated Owl's Nest Lodging, a group of cabins rented out for the enjoyment of park visit...Expand for more
ors. Last year we sold all but two cabins, so we are almost out of the business and semi-retired. Yea!! We have walked nearly every trail in Yosemite and enjoy exploring the High Sierra back country in our Jeep. Life is good; the kids are raised; even birthdays are fun, considering the alternative! I would love to hear from any of you out there from the good old days. :) God Bless!
