Barbara's Story
Ok this is what I have been up to.
I belong to a dance group called the Ramona Rockettes. Military is our theme. We dance to
"Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" , "GI Blues" and "Military Medley. We end with "God Bless the
USA". Will be learning "I want to be a Rockette" and "Yankee Doodle Dandy"
Really great fun. Dances are not really professional but so what, every one enjoys
are...Expand for more
performances. You have to be over the speed limit to join.
I also belong to the VA. Served my country proudly in the Army. Was a medic at Walter
Reed and saw a lot of our boys come home with grave injuries, but what spirits.
Have 5 children, 3 grandchildren. Had a blast raising my kids in IL. but not like IL
Glad to be back in Cal. now in Ramona living with my older Bro.
