Barbara is from Tampa, Florida. Barbara moved to Phoenix in 1998 and worked as the manager of Naturally Women Fitness Center. Barbara is the widow of Tom Yarbrough DET.PPD of Phoenix. Her education schools include Clairton High School. later attended HCC Tampa, FL. Barbara taught Fitness Classes and trained fitness instructors.
