Hmmm.... I'm married to Brent, almost 26 years.... we don't know where the time has gone... do you? (With time flying by so fast, we must be having a lot of fun!) We have 3 kids. They really are the light of our lives. (As a parent, I want to go on about the kids, but I will try to restrain myself.) We live in North Carolina, actually bought land from Brent's mom, so we are close to at least one of our families. We live on 20 acres, down a half mile long gravel (and mud at times) driveway, surrounded by woods. It is such a beautiful place. Too far from work, especially with gas prices what they are, but oh well. There are fields where we did have horses, but found we did not ride them enough to justify having them, so now we have wild blackberries! (Time to mow! Or "bushhog" as it is called here. But the blackberries are so good!) Brent was in sales for a music company for over 20 years when they were bought out and then went bankrupt. He has started his own business of installing and maintaining sound systems, mainly in churches.... and there are a lot of churches here in the "Bible belt". But starting a business from scratch doesn't happen overnight.. so we are trying to be patient and keep on working and hoping it will fly. I do ultrasounds for an ob/gyn office. Quite a happy job, telling people about their babies! Speaking of babies..... I wouldn't be telling my whole story if I didn't go on a little bit about my own..... Adam, 22, history major, very handsome, smart (but also "smart-ass"), hard-working, good sense of humor (to go along with the smart-assiness), good hearted guy.
