Barbara's Story
About my Life:
My husband/best friend, Guywnn "Willie" Williams, died suddenly in his sleep on Sept.8,2006. We married on June 2, 1950, just five days after my graduation from EPHS, and were married for 56 years. I miss him more than words can express. We have seven children --- 4 sons, 3 daughters --- the youngest two girls are twins.
We have 28 grandchildren, and 29 great-grandchildren. In 2008 four of our granddaughters (married daughters of our third son and his wife) were pregnant at the same time --- each expecting within four months of each other. It wasn't a planned venture :) Born April,May,June,& July of 2008, were three boys and one girl. All are such cuties, and are turning 7yrs. old this year (2015). One of my granddaughters-in-law is pregnant again and their baby is due in Jan.,2016 --- a little girl, who will be great-grand # 30.

God the glory for answered prayer. God is good! My family keeps me smiling and provides much happiness in my life, but my joy comes from my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. He is my ALL in ALL.
I have been "editing" this bio trying to bring it up to date. Earlier this year my oldest son, also, was diagnosed with prostate cancer and underwent surgery for it. The surgeon said it had not spread. He has been back at work for quite awhile.
I keep up with many of my family members and friends on Facebook. I'm listed there as Barbara J. Williams. Not all of my kids or grandkids are on FB but many are and it makes seeing current pictures and what's going on in their lives and easy way to communicate. Today's technology is quite amazing to me and increases so rapidly I can barely keep up.
.
To all my former classmates of EPHS --- I leave you a, "HI THERE." and wish you well. We shared some memorable times --- at least they were for me. May God bless each and everyone of you. Many of you, like I am, are in your 80s now --- Do you remember when we thought someone in their 40s was "old"? :D LOL
