Barclay's Story

Current Bio: Dr. Barclay Brown is the Global Solution Executive for the Aerospace and Defense industry and IoT Solution Architect, in the IBM Watson IoT division. A former chief engineer for IBM Global Business Services, he was the lead systems engineer for some of IBM’s largest development projects. He is co-author of the book Model Driven Systems Engineering with Rational Tools. ...Expand for more
Dr. Brown received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with master’s degrees in Psychology and Business and a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering. He is a certified Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP), the former INCOSE Director for the Americas and an Adjunct Teaching Professor at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the University of Central Florida.
