Barron's Story

Retired from San Luis Obispo County Public Works Department as an Civil Engineering Technician on 1 December 2018 I finally got married twenty one years ago to Kyle Owens from Arroyo Grande High School Class of 1978! We often attend various civil war related events throughout California and the South. Just returned from 5 week driving vacation to Florida and a 4 day cruise to Bahamas! lady in Santa Maria several years ago. I am past California State Commander of Sons of Confederate Veterans as well as serving on board of Santa Maria Valley Railroad Museum. On my retirement vacation trip I visited gravesites of about 40 of my confederate veteran relatives. Would love to hear from some classmates especially with similar historical interests! We also are members of 11 wine clubs between us. Keeps us very active as well as going to "Big Chill" night at graduate for dancing as often as possible!
