Barry's Story

I suppose that my first love has always been the Arts and in that realm I tended towards music. While I used to perform a great deal, I seldomly play in public anymore. I have completed my 36th year of teaching music and I am starting to teach part time this coming year. I teach some private students on flute, clarinet, and saxophone. el and spend vacations in Europe whenever possible. We will spend post-Christmas in Berlin and have arranged for numerous opera performances while we are there. I continue to practice and play flute, clarinet, and saxophone. It is gratifying to keep up my "chops" even though I generally turn down performance opportunities. I find it hard to believe that the class of 1968's 40th reunion is approaching. I look in the mirror and see some old guy looking back at me. Seems like I should be rockin'!
