Barry's Story
I currently live in South Florida near Boca Raton. I have one son who will be 8 in September, but thinks he is going on 28. I have been in hell (married)...lol for the last 15 years, and can't seem to break the ball and chain. I am an attorney and own my own practice in Broward County and recently opend up another law firm with a partner in Miami. My expertise is in criminal law and traffic ticket defense. Some free advice, if you find yourself pulled over by a cop and you think you are impaired, do not do any of the voluntary sobriety tests, do not give a breath sample, blood or urine, and request to speak to an attorney. You have the right to remain silent.....Note that everyone may be in and have different circumstances and the advice offered above is general legal advice that I would give to my friends and relatives who live in Florida and are first time offenders. Obviously the laws vary from state to state and there can be severe consequences if you refuse a breath/blood/urine test. I love baseball and am a big NY Mets fan.....I love to help people and enjoy traveling, especially to places that have casinos.....If I had the power, I would add more hours to a day, as there is just not enough time in the world to do everything I want to do. Life is really too short, ouch!
