Becky's Story

After working over 30 years in the telecommunications industry as an outside tech (climbing poles, stringing line, etc.) I "retired" and went back to school. I graduated in 2012 from Oregon State University, College of Forestry, with a degree in Natural Resources focusing on Fish & Wildlife Conservation. work I've been doing in the field since. I've always been an out-of-doors person, having backpacked all over Oregon, Washington, and now arctic Alaska, taking bush planes into some of the most remote places on the planet. I also volunteer in fisheries. I love sea kayaking & have done a couple expeditions, one in Alaska. Now I'm single again and ready for the next adventure - what will it be?
