REBECCA (Becky) O'Day:  

2007: I am a painter and photographer living and working in my tiny studio in Pojoaque, New Mexico. UPDATE 2010: After 7 mo's in Tucson I am now living in Tumacacori, AZ and have a gallery here, TOUCH THE EARTH and have also opened one in Amado, AZ...STRAW HOUSE GALLERY. I still maintain my New Mexico studio.....but have not been there in almost a year. I have an amazing, beautiful, fabulous 32 year old daughter, Amber, who lives in the area and is in nursing school. I have lived all over the country, have loved it all and have worked in many, many industries. Have been the administrator at an acupuncture college, insurance agent, have owned organic, vegetarian restaurants (2), other art galleries, a rock & mineral shop, a health food store and a catering biz. I am not financially "rich" in anyn way but I have always done everything I truly wanted so I am blessed with riches beyond the bank! I am grateful, I am truly blessed. I am a 21st century drop out, my head never really left 1970 in oh so many ways. I am reclusive, intense, kind and intelligent. I have lived off grid some of my adult life and prefer the "old ways".
