Becky's Story
Life
As of 2008 - My son, Max is 11 years old and my daughter, Sophie is 8. I'm living in Warren, MI just North of Detroit. My husband, Mark and I have been married for 14 years.
My son has high functioning autism and a mild form of Tourette's Syndrome, so I have spent most of my time working with him and the school. He is a very hard worker and compassionate and I have learned more from him than anything or anyone in my life. He enjoys playing trumpet in the band, legos and working towards Eagle in the Boy Scouts.

and science and playing the electric guitar. So, looking like me and being outgoing is where the similarity ends! She likes going to tennis lessons with her brother and would love to be on the Science Olympiad team.
I volunteer quite a bit at the school and in my 'spare' time I like working on our home and garden. I still enjoy writing and am working on a few short stories. I'm hoping when the kids get a little older it'll give me more time to write.
My husband is a Systems Analyst working for BEW in Shelby, MI. We try to visit Salem about twice a year.
