Yep, I'm still in a German classroom, but this time, on the other side of the desk. I've been teaching since 1976--Clintonville, Mayville, and Nekoosa. But the last eight years have been in Beford, Virginia. Long story how I ended up here, but it's all been good.
I have three grown daughters, all of whom I home schooled. There's an adventure of a different sort! One graduated last year from VCU and has her own photography business in Richmond, one is in the Air F...Expand for more
orce in Dover, DE, working as an aviation mechanic, and the youngest just moved back to Point to live with grandma and go to UWSP.
My life seems to be on overload at the moment... teaching 110 students, prom co-chair, gifted ed coordinator, German Club, board member on the state foreign language council, volunteer at a local crisis pregnancy center, church stuff, and learning how to keep up with all the maintenance junk that comes with being a home owner. And in my spare time...
