Hey.
Almost 20 years out of high school seems so weird!
About me. I am a wife to Troy and mom to 8 year old Lexi. She is my pride & joy and I feel so lucky to have her!
We have lived in the Corvallis area for 10 years. Dana: I found the fountain!! We have some acreage that has two horses and 5 cats running around on. Other than being a mom, my passion is gardening, canning & cooking. There are flower beds and baskets everywhere!
My husband introduced single track (off road) mt. biking to me, and I love it! We enjoy the various trails that take you to the middle of nowhere seeing falls, lakes, creeks & rivers that you cant otherwise see by foot or car. Our favorite place is Bend, where we take an annual camping trip each summer just for the hiking and biking. I have been an orthodontic assistant with Willamette Dental Group in Corvallis, for the past 15 years. I have been blessed to work Mon- Wed the whole time. I'd much rather be at home gardening or in Lexi's classroom.
Although, I primarily work with braces, I am also a specialty assistant which means I work with doctors of any specialty that come into our office, or need me in other towns (Portland, Bend, Salem, Eugene).
My very best friend is still Marlo McGriff (Rood)! Visiting she, Kyle (yep, my cousin) and the kids in Portland when I can. LOVE her!
My mom died in 2005 from a 7month battle with (breast) metastatic bone cancer. I have been trying to find "joy" and that unconditional love again since. Its tough.
