Ben's Story

Life I am a Real Estate Consultant with Ben Adrian & Associates at Home Buyers Realty in Tracy, CA, blessed to help fellow veterans, seniors and the thin blue line since 2006. Having experience with first timers buyers, move up, move down buyers, investors, land, mobile homes, condos, multi family units, residential and commercial. Just google Ben J Adrian, you will find me. Out of High School I went to Ohlone College for a short time, Music and Admin of Justice. Then joined the USAF spent 5 years in Aviation Maintenance, 3 years in England. Got married, came back to California to become a police officer. Started as a Correctional Officer at San Quentin Prison, then Deputy Sheriff with Alameda County, and police officer for City of Newark. Dabbled in auto mechanics, plumbing, and worked for 9 years at 24 Hr Fitness as a collector, legal representative. Spent 12 years as a Registered Process Server, went back to school to get my A & P License to work as a mechanic on civilian jet aircraft, then 9-11 came 2 months after I got my license. I worked for Rolls-Royce for 6 years as an aviation engine technician, but was injured. I had shoulder surgery and it was determined I would not be able to do the everday torquing, lifting etc required for my position. ...Expand for more
I got my real estate license in 2006, while working for Rolls-Royce, after my employment ended dove head first into my real estate business. I really enjoy helping people with their financial dreams, like investing and first -time home buyers. After helping other people get what they wanted, my wife Nancy and I were able to purchase our home in December 2008. We are owned by 2 Blue & Gold Macaw parrots named, Bob and Charlie. Zig Zigler was right, "You can get everything in life that you want, if you just help enough other people get what they want". I have a pool of investors who are takeing advantage of this awesome market, as well as seniors and first-time home buyers. Yeah it sucks when I go and take the keys from one family, but it is so rewarding to give another those keys. February 2017 sold the home in Stockton and moved to Manteca. It’s now December 2020, what a crazy year with the pandemic coronavirus. Real estate is not business as usual, yet with following protocols I am blessed to continue to help families with their real estate needs. Thank you Jesus for blessing me, the past 14 years able to help over 200 families.! To my family and friends, thank you for your love, support, business and referrals. God is great!! God bless you all!!
