Ben's Story
Life
I went to UNLV briefly, then back to UNR where I graduated in 1997 (English Lit). I parked a lot of cars and carried a lot of luggage in almost every hotel in Reno to pay the bills going through school. Why so many jobs? Well, I had to get fired a few times before I grew up enough to keep a job for awhile. I almost became a high school teacher...Expand for more
, but worked as a deputy sheriff for 3 years instead (it's almost the same thing anyway). I was married (4 years) until recently and work as a firefighter in Reno. I stay active by running, golfing, camping and playing in city sports leagues with friends. I'm still working on making it big as an author, so keep your eyes peeled at Barnes and Noble!
