Life
In 1966 I Left BG (early) to join the Marines. After basic training and training school I was sent to Da Nang, Viet Nam from 6/67 to 7/68. Prior to and after Viet Nam, I was stationed at MCAS El Toro, CA until 6/69 when I left the Marines. In 1971 I went to work at Pacific Bell and retired after 25 years. My last assignment with PB was that as a Strategic Planner on Headquarters Staff. Soon after retirement (late October 1996), I went to work for Alcatel USA as a Senior Manager. In 2004, after 8 years I left Alcatel. I am now retired and enjoying more time to play golf, fly fishing, ATV riding, Shooting Handguns, traveling and volunteering in my Church and community. In Nov 06 I retired from the CA Air National Guard as an Engineer (telecommunications) with a total of 21 years of military service.
