Hello to all my classmates who visited my profile. I don't play the trumpet any longer, but I do have it displayed on my "wall of life" in my living room. I tried playing a tune, but alas, the lips are gone. My 21 year old son, Ray, must of had some of my musical DNA because he is an accomplished piano player and plays in a rock band and attends college. My 28 year old son, Bernie IV, is a successful business man in Chicago after attending North Eastern in Mass. I have been married twice and divorced just as many. I am single now and plan on staying that way until my 21 year old goes out on his own. Then if I am not too old, I might try to find a mate. I am an avid fan of Spongebob Squarepants. My bathroom is actually designed as a pineapple under the sea. I have a real starfish and a crab still preserved in a jar of alcohol from biology class, 40 years later. They are proudly displayed on a shelf above my Spongebob towels. I try to keep myself in shape with a Marcy Gym that sits smack in the middle of my living room. It is a constant reminder that fitness needs to be a lifestyle as much as your couch or TV set. I am retired after 33 years as a union carpenter. There is nothing more satisfying as being young and healthy when retired. I advocate, that anyone who can, retire before 55.
