Bert's Story
Bert is from Whittier, California. He is married. His schools include Monte Vista High School. He later attended Cerritos community college (Business Management). He works(ed) at Controller/Consulting Walsh Corp., Dorchester, MA, Consulting/Business Service Albert J. Tonry & Sons Inc..

Well folks, the story goes like this, we moved to Massachusetts in December 1979 some 34 years ago now, and we liked the east coast area so well that we have continued to stay all these years. Our two daughters still live close by us. One daughter is married with two children and one not married yet. We enjoy our grandchildren and spend numerous hours and days with them, were close to the ocean within 2 miles, and the four seasons are absolutely beautiful. We enjoy our time with family and close friends. We spend time in California every 2 to 4 years and vacation in Barbados, West Indies. and it is a safe warm friendly island. Our daughters enjoy the carribean also. We live as care free as possible, enjoy the summers by the ocean, and we usually can not wait for spring after the cold winter months. We get lots of snow and Ice, the trees shimmer like diamonds in the sunlight. We love to garden, and grow and array of flowers and have a small veggie garden. Basically, we enjoy life to it's fullest. Karen is going to California to visit in May. I think I will go to Barbados in February to get some warm.
Karen and me have been together for 49 years, married 46 years this year in June. We hope all you folks in sunny California are doing ok and enjoying your lives. Time slips away, and our memories help us live on. We will never forget our friends from youth, friends from Viet Nam era, and Friends along the path of our lives, as each and every one we knew along the way somehow helped shape our lives to be where we are at living today and as we move forward in our ever changing planet that we walk upon.
