Bert is from Oakland, California. His schools include st.anthonys school in oakalnd ca. washington manor junior high school in san leandro and Arroyo High School in san lorenzo ca. He later attended Chabot College,where he majored in police science and recieved an associate of arts degree.then he attended San Jose State University, California. and recieved a b.s. degree. in administration of justice, and in 1974 joined the Oakland Police Department where he served 25years until his retirement.he also was head womens basketball coach at st.clements catholic school in hayward ca. and also served as womens atheletic director for several years,he later became head womens basketball coach at bishop o"dowd high school.in Oakland Ca..and now he just runs 5 miles a day and enjoys the mountain life in shasta county california....... life has been great for him...... nothing but net...also bert has been ru...Expand for more
