Beth's Story

You can find me on facebook under Beth Lentsch. UPDATE Aug 20, 2013 - Daughter Veronica has graduated from Virginia Military Institute with a degree in Psychology and is now a 2nd Lieutenant in the US Army. She was sent to Wash state, which was followed by a couple months in South Carolina, and is now full station in Louisiana. We are so very proud of her! Daughter Claire has now graduated from high school and the dance studio, and just turned 19. She continues her educ at College of St. Benedict pursuing Psychology and is doing great. She also is on the Performance Dance Team there. Our 2 sons are also doing well with Ben working for the family busniess and Nick as a manager at a popular bar & grill. Dave and I continue to work at the family business but look forward to a little more traveling now, with more for fun and not so much based on work! And, Daddy, my hero, was able to fight for almost a year, but then left us in Feb 2012 and is buried at Ft. Snelling Nat'l Cemetary..... MY STORY - Married 1978 to Dave Lentsch. Moved to St. Paul Minnesota in 1978. Four children: Benjamin (34) - marr...Expand for more

Veronica - (24) Virginia Military Institute w/degree in Psycholgy-working for Adjutant General's Office in U.S.Army/Louisiana Claire - (19) College Sophmore & works as teacher/choreographer in a Dance Studio Am finishing up the "restoration" of the 1965 Mustang I bought just before graduation in 1976! If I could improve my home, I'd remodel the laundry room and add on a bigger front porch and bigger back deck. My dream home would be a mix of Southern Planation and Victorian with a large wrap-a-round porch required with the ocean out one door and the mountains within easy reach of the other. Love the Minnesota Twins and the Washington Redskins. Also a fan of the Minnesota Vikings of course. Daddy has always been and will always be, my Hero.

What a wonderfully wonderful reunion!
Veronica's first day back from the heated desert of Iraq, and she & Ean put together a super dinner with the heat of the grill.
I'm thinking she prefers the heat of the grill!
Wise words indeed.
EVERYONE should heed them.

Dave, shovel, ice breaker---tools of the trade! Soooo much snow this February!(Not pictured, snow blower. Pretty useless with the already blown & shoveled snow so high.) Hoping March does not come in "like a lion!"
