Life
I still reside in the Tri Town area, and am guardian to a fifteen year old-who attends Lake Central. Boy, did it bring back memories, and definitely made me feel old when I recently registered her for classes this past year. I have been working in Social Services field for the past twelve years, and even tried my hand in the political arena. I enjoy spending time with my neice and nephews. I volunteer with the Humane Society, Crossing the Line and Greyhound Guardians. I recently adopted a retired greyhound named Mia, and really enjoy...Expand for more
having a pet.
School
The teacher who stands out most in my mind, was Sandy Frohock. I had her for both freshman and senior English. Everyone was afraid of her, because she was so stern looking. We had to read all of the Canterbury tales, which to this day I don't know why. However, I can say that I learned the parts of speech/grammer. In fact when I attended college people offered to pay me to write their term papers, as I knew the proper sentence structure etc. I never had a chance to tell her, but I really did learn alot from her.
